Shipper and/or Consignee attempting to export a new or used self-propelled vehicle shall present the following documentation:
1. - Original certificate of title.
2. - Invoice (Notarized)
3. - Photo identification (U.S Driver license or passport+visa)
4. - Export Power Of Attorney (Notarized)
5. - Letter of Authorization (Notarized)
6. - Bill Of Lading
7. - Shipper’s Export Declaration (SED) for vehicles valued at more than $2,500.00
8. - The require documentation must be presented to U.S Customs a minimum of 72 hours before the intended exportation.
Shipper and/or Consignee have been advised of the following requirements:
1. - Vehicle must have less than a quarter tank of gasoline.
2. - No personal items can be shipped inside the vehicle.
3. - We assume no liability for storage losses.
4. - Uninsured vehicles will be shipped at owner’s own risk.
5. - The vehicle must be in our yard (7500 NW 82 Place,Miami, Fl 33166) 72 hours before presentation of documents to US CUSTOMS.
Shipper and/or Consignee must provide a cargo insurance claim policy. Shipper and/or Consignee are aware that they are sending vehicles at their own risk.
Shipper and/or Consignee certify that vehicle does not contain any unauthorized explosives, destructive device or hazardous material, Shipper and/or Consignee consent to a search of this vehicle.
